Classes and support groups
When you register to deliver at the birth center, you’ll receive a free online childbirth class and booklet. You can use these resources to learn at your own pace about:
- Labor and delivery
- Cesarean birth
- Breathing and relaxation
- Postpartum recovery
- Infant care
You’ll also receive lists of local resources and organizations that offer ongoing support groups and opportunities to meet new and expectant parents.
Breastfeeding education
Our lactation experts can provide breastfeeding education while you’re in the hospital and after you go home. These one-on-one sessions can focus on problem-solving, success strategies, and nutrition. We're officially a Baby-Friendly Hospital, committed to successful breastfeeding.
Birth center tours
Take a virtual tour of the Family Birth Center.
In-person tours are currently not available due to the COVID-10 pandemic. When they resume, you and one support person age 14 or older are welcome to attend.
